I I I I I I I I I 5 $ Status of Subdivisions: Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval was granted at the May 24, 1984 council meeting. Ss Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year extension on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. C$ Pondvale Estates: Developer is currently working on the paving of the streets. Ds Meadowbrook Estates: The City council at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the fiPing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. HY-10 Ramse¥: The City council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. Ramsey Commons: The City council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. G$ River's Bend: The developer is currently grading the project. Arcon Construction company is installing the utilities in the project and expects to complete the pipe installation bY January 1, 1985. Ford Brook Estates: There is no change in status on this project since my last report. DNR Proposed Shorelands: There is no change in status on the project since my last report. Well Construction: The contractor completed the grouting of the well casing on October 16, 1984. The final drilling, development and test pumping is expected to take 2-3 more weeks. Pumphouse: The pumphouse bid was awarded to A&K Construction at your October 9, 1984 council meeting. Construciton of the pumphouse is scheduled to start as soon as the well is completed. MSAS Projects (Variolite St. & 153rd Avenue): Paving of these streets was completed on October 15, 1984. Final shouldering and striping of the streets remains to be completed.
