Every operator of a sanitar~ landfill in which mixed municipal solid waste is accepted and disposed of shall keep adequate and complete records showing the total cubic yards of solid waste accepted and disposed of at the facility for each day. Examination of Records. The City or its designated agent shall have the right to examine records and accounts of the operator required to file a return. .] ] ] ] 130.10.3 Use of Revenues. The revenues collected by the City pursuant to this chapter shall go to the City's general fund and be used for purposes of mitigating and compensating for the local risks, costs, and other adverse effects of mixed municipal solid waste facilities. 130.01.4 Ef£eec~ve Date.
