A~endment <br /> <br /> Section 130.049 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />130.049 - CLOSING HOURS. <br /> <br />No sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor shall be made between the <br />hours of one a.m. and eight a.m. on any weekday Monday through <br />Saturday inclusive.
