I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ~¢~'~t.[n~ ~ Q~ScL R~~ ~84- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR ARCON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (Project ~84-12 ~ ~84-18 ~ S~f~ S~er) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution t84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facili ties. I I i I I I I I and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 184-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the construction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of ~akanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated October 17, 1984, Arcon Construction Company in the amount of $75,104.62. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE CF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company for ~xunk Sanitary Sewer in the amount of $75,104.62. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution 184- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on October 23, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of October. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed couy of this resolution.
