(Project t84-13 Municipal Well No. 1) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution 184-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guaranty Property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facili ties. and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 184-147 awarding the bid to Bergerson Caswell, Inc. for the construction of Municipal Well No. 1; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated October 16, 1984, Bergerson Caswell, Inc. in the amount of $13,845.30. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE C~ MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Bergerson Caswell, Inc. for Municipal Well No. in the amount of $13,845 .30. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution {84- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on October 23, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of October. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the s~ne: Resolution t84-
