I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR B & S ASPHALT COMPANY <br />(Street Improvement Projects ~84-20 and ~ 84-21) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />the following resolution approving the following project in the <br />Ciby of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Resolution %84-139 adopted August 14, 1984 for <br />bicycle lanes and overlay on 153rd Avenue N.W. and <br />Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution ~84-205 awarding the bid to H & S Asphalt Company for <br />bicycle lanes and overlay on 153rd Avenue N.W. and Variolite <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated <br />October 17, 1984, to H & S Asphalt Company in the amount of <br />$114,768.05. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />R~EY, ANC~A COUNTY, STATE (F MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes partial payment to H & S Asphalt Company for <br />construction of Street Improvement Projects ~84-20 and #84-21 for <br />bicycle lanes and overlay to 153rd Avenue N.W. and Variolite <br />Street N.W. in the amount of $114,768.05. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is <br />not included in Resolution ~84- adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council on October 23, 1984, approving payment of the bills for <br />the month of October. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be <br />provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the foll~ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of October, 1984. <br /> Resolution #84- <br /> <br /> <br />
