Consent #~.~ <br />APPROVE DECLARING METAL BUILDING EXCESS INVENTORY AND <br />AUTHORIZING A SEALED BID PROCESS TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY <br />By: Dean Kapler, Fire Chief/Public Works Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In the late 1990's, the City of Ramsey acquired the property at 6030 Bunker Lake Blvd <br />for the purposes of Industrial/Commercial development. The property included a duplex <br />rental unit and (2) out buildings. In the past the city has continued to rent the property. <br /> <br />The property is no longer being used for rental purposes and staff has received inquiries <br />about selling the 40 x 65ft metal building.
