PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2004, at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station #1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer (arrived at 8:23 p.m.) <br />Commissioner David Jeffrey <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Eric Watson <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:22 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Jeffrey, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Brauer. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy indicated he read the minutes concerning the man with the helicopter. <br />He stated he lives across the street from the situation, and has no problem with the noise. He <br />questioned if the concern was stemmed from noise or safety issues. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated he believes it was both. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/June 3, 2004 <br /> Page 1 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
