Sub& 3. Substandard Uses. Any uses of shorelands in existence prior to the date of enactment of this City Code which are permitted within the applicable zoning district, but do not meet the minimum lot area, setbacks or other dimensional reqUirements of this City Code are substandard uses. Substandard uses, including substandard sanitary facilities, shall be allowed to continue. However, any structural alteration or addition to a substandard use which will increase the substandard dimensions shall not be allowed. Subd. 4. Prohibited Uses. Subd. 3. Subd. 5. Zoning Provisions - Lot Area and Width Standards. The following standards shall apply to all shorelands of the protected waters listed in {}9.25.04 within the City. Where the requirements of the underlying zoning district as shown on the official zoning map are more restrictive than those set forth herein, then the more restrictive standards shall apply. The lot area (in square feet) and lot width standards (in feet) for single, double, triple, and quad unit residential lots created after the date of enactment of this section for the lake and river/stream classifications are the following: a.
