Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-07- A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TOWN CENTER GARDENS 2r~D ADDTION. WHEREAS, Brightkeys Development Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for Final Plat approval of Town Center Gardens 2nd Addition the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot B, Town Center Gardens, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Mi~mesota or upon recording - Lots 1-3, Block 1, Lots 1-4, Block 2, and Outlots A and B, Town Center Gardens 2nd Addition, Anoka County Mitmesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, in July, 2002 the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Brightkeys Development Corporation for a townhome plat to be named Town Center Gardens; and WHEREAS, on August 29, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, on September 12, 2002, the City Council reviewed the sketch plan and directed that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, on May 2, 2003, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Town Center Gardens plat to the City; and WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and tabled action on the plat to a special meeting on June 25, 2003; and WHEREAS, on June 25, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to the compliance with Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, Revised June 23, 2003; and WHEREAS, on July 22, 2003, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Town Center Gardens subject to compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, Revised June 23, 2003, Revised July 18, 2003; and
