Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTER 4tI' ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition on the <br />lbllowing described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot EE, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 1, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />preliminary plat fbr Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 17, 2004, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br />reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to <br />certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 22, 2004, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of <br />Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 2, 2004, the City received application for the final plat of Ramsey <br />Town Center 4th Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City intends to review the final site plan on July 27, 2004. The final site <br />plan review will include review of the drainage, grading, utility, street, landscaping plan and a <br />Secondary Development Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center <br />4th Addition subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 9, 2004. <br /> b) Approval of the final site plan of Ramsey Town Center 4th Addition <br /> c) The Applicant entering into a development agreement regarding the development <br /> of the Subject Property with the City. <br /> <br />The motion ~br the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted, in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
