13. 14. 15. 16. Cents ($I000.00). This is to cover the cost of inspecting the storm sewer construction, site grading and connection to City utilities. Upon completion of the Improvements to the satisfaction of the City, any surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be refunded to the Permittee. MUNICIPAL UTILITIES. The Permittee agrees to connect this facility to municipal sanitary facilities. Sanitary sewer will be brought to the south east corner of the intersection of Highway 10 and Armstrong Boulevard. Watermain will be extended approximately 180 feet east of Armstrong Blvd. on Riverdale Drive and a six inch watermain service lateral will be brought to the property line. This work will be completed by the City on or about October 1,2004. The Developer will pay to the City the standard sewer and water trunk and lateral charges of $10,339.00 per acre and $10,660.00 per acre, respectively. The Permittee agrees to pay the City :528,348.00 tbr these services. The permittee will also be responsible for the installation of a tbrcemain within the right of ways of Riverdale and Armstrong Blvd. to transmit its wastewater to the extended city sewer system. The Permittee shall provide a gravity sanitary sewer service connection at the property line on Riverdale Drive. The City will connect to this gravity sewer service in the future, at no additional cost to the permittee, when gravity sanitary sewer service is extended down Riverdale Drive. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE. The CITY has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee in the amount of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty One Dollars ($3,741.00) per commercial acre. The amount of Stormwater Management Fee due on the Site is Thirty-Nine -Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and no cents ($5,050) (1.35 acre x $3,741.00/acre). A cash payment will be required prior to the CITY releasing the Building Permit. OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittee herein agree to be responsible for obtaining all required perm its or licenses from any other regulatory agencies. CONSTRUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE. The Permittee shall adhere to all City ordinances relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage, site development, construction debris, open burning, etc. Construction and Delivery Hours are restricted to 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The Permittee shall post a sign stating such at all entrances to the Site, such sign may range from 20 to 30 square feet in size, and be securely anchored in place. Hermanson Homes, Inc. hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit.
