This is to cover the cost of inspecting the storm sewer construction, site grading and <br />connection to City utilities. Upon completion of the Improvements to the satisfaction of the City, any <br />surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be refunded to the Permittee. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL UTILITIES. The Permittee agrees to connect this facility to municipal sanitary facilities. <br />Sanitary sewer will be brought to the south east corner of the intersection of Highway 10 and Armstrong <br />Boulevard. Watermain will be extended approximately 180 feet east of Armstrong Blvd. on Riverdale Drive <br />and a six inch watermain service lateral will be brought to the property line. This work will be completed by <br />the City on or about October 1,2004. The Developer will pay to the City the standard sewer and water trunk <br />and lateral charges of $10,339.00 per acre and $10,660.00 per acre, respectively. The Permittee agrees to pay <br />the City :528,348.00 tbr these services. The permittee will also be responsible for the installation of a <br />tbrcemain within the right of ways of Riverdale and Armstrong Blvd. to transmit its wastewater to the <br />extended city sewer system. The Permittee shall provide a gravity sanitary sewer service connection at the <br />property line on Riverdale Drive. The City will connect to this gravity sewer service in the future, at no <br />additional cost to the permittee, when gravity sanitary sewer service is extended down Riverdale Drive. <br /> <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE. The CITY has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee in the <br />amount of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty One Dollars ($3,741.00) per commercial acre. The amount <br />of Stormwater Management Fee due on the Site is Thirty-Nine -Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and <br />no cents ($5,050) (1.35 acre x $3,741.00/acre). A cash payment will be required prior to the CITY releasing <br />the Building Permit. <br /> <br />OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittee herein agree to be responsible for obtaining all <br />required perm its or licenses from any other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE. The Permittee shall adhere to all City ordinances <br />relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage, site development, construction debris, open burning, <br />etc. Construction and Delivery Hours are restricted to 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. <br />The Permittee shall post a sign stating such at all entrances to the Site, such sign may range from 20 to <br />30 square feet in size, and be securely anchored in place. <br /> <br />Hermanson Homes, Inc. hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the <br />conditions of and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Hermanson Homes, [nc. <br /> <br />Its: Mayor Its: <br /> <br />By By <br /> <br />Its: City Clerk Its: <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />By By <br /> <br /> <br />
