The site plan reflects that the 20 foot wide green space area required adjacent to Azurite Street <br />will be provided. A minimum of 34 trees and 100 shrubs are required on the site. The <br />Landscape Plan proposes 32 trees and 100 shrubs. The Plan should be modified to include 2 <br />additional deciduous trees. It is also noted that the size of the spruce trees must be increased <br />fi'om 5 t'eet to 6 feet; the plan should reflect this modification also. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the site plan on July 1 and recommended Com~cil approval. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff and the Planning Commission recommend site plan approval contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 23, 2004. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve the proposed site plan for Rotary Systems contingent upon compliance with <br />City Staff Review Letter dated June 23, 2004. <br /> <br />Motion to deny the site plan. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC: I}7/13/I)4 <br /> <br />Copies To: <br />Asst.
