The site plan reflects that the 20 foot wide green space area required adjacent to Azurite Street <br />will be provided. A minimum of 34 trees and 100 shrubs are required on the site. The <br />Landscape Plan proposes 32 trees and 100 shrubs. The Plan should be modified to include 2 <br />additional deciduous trees.
