Council member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-07- <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THAT PART OF LOTS 2, AND 2A, BLOCK 1, <br />WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />IJYING NORTItERLY OF THE SOUTHERLY 167.00 FEET TIlER.EOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with Huntington Family Properties, LLC, on June 22, 2004; <br /> <br />Wit EREAS, the Development Agreement states that the City will convey THAT PART OF LOTS <br />2, AND 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTHERLY 167.00 FEET THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the T~ Agreement is dated as of June 23, 2004. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />TItAT PART OF LOTS 2, AND 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST <br />ADDITION, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTHERLY <br />167.00 FEET THEREOF <br /> <br />may bc sold ptn'suant to the terms and conditions of the June 23, 2004 Contract for Private <br />Development between the City and Huntington Family Properties, LLC, and that the City's Mayor <br />and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmelnber _ <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc following abstained: <br /> <br />and thc Ibllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whcreupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
