ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE EASEMENT IN RIVENWICK VILLAGE; <br />CASE OF TURTLE MOON INC. <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council recently granted final plat approval to Rivenwick Village, a replat of Outlot A <br />of Rivenwick 3rd Addition, into mixed use planned unit development consisting of 140 dwelling <br />units in the southeast quadrant of Hwy. #10 and Riverdale Drive N.W. The underlying outlot <br />that makes up the plat contains a drainage and utility easement for a ponding area. That ponding <br />area was reconfigured with the plat of Rivenwick Village. On June 22, 2004, the City Council <br />conducted a public hearing and introduced an ordinance to vacate the underlying drainage and <br />utility easement.
