Councilmember <br /> <br />__ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO RAMDANCE LLC TO OPERATE A DRIVE-THRU FOR PHARMACY <br />OPEIL4.TIONS AS PART OF A PROPOSED GROCERY STORE IN THE TC-2 ZONING <br />DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramdance LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied fbr a Conditional Use Permit to operate a drive-thru for pharmacy operations as part of a <br />proposed grocery store in the TC-2 Zoning District on prope~Xy legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot [, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July 12, 2004, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL O.F THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # ., a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to operate a drive-thru <br />fbr pharmacy operations as part of a proposed grocery, store in the TC-2 Zoning District, is <br />hereby granted to Ramdance, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee". <br /> <br />That the Permit only applies to the drive-thru that will be part of the <br />located in the future Lotl, Block 1 of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />grocery store to be <br /> <br />3. That the Permit only allows for the use of the drive-thru to support pharmacy operations <br /> contained within the proposed grocery store. <br /> <br />That the area of the drive-thru shall only be located as shown on the proposed site plan for <br />the grocery store. Any relocation of the drive-thru shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />That the area utilized fbr the drive-thru shall be properly constructed and maintained in <br />accordance with all applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and <br />Unilbrm Building Codes. <br /> <br />6.
