Mayor Gamec stated that in order for the celebration to be a <br />success the City must get involved and he will approach this subject again <br />when he can provide an itemized cost breakdown of the celebration. <br /> <br />City Enginner Raatikka stated that he has been contacted by Park Chairman <br />Donovan regarding a matching fund type donation from the Lutheran Brotherhood <br />to be used for the development of ballfields at Cross of Hope Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />Council authorized Mr. Raatikka to meet with Mr. Donovan and Lutheran Brotherhood <br />to review the land and the feasibility of such a development. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka brought up the subject of rates for storm drainage <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Council authorized Mr. Raatikka to have storm drainage rates placed on Council <br />agenda for May 8, 1984 and present his proposal for same at that time. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn this regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner.
