Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions and corrections, <br /> <br />Case #1: Flintwood Hills Second Addition PUD - Delete <br /> <br />Case #6: Signalization at Hwy. 10 and County Road #56 ~. Add <br /> <br />Case #7: Approval Of Election Judges - Add <br /> <br />Case #8: Authorization to Obtain Easement from Norm Holm - ~dd <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Proposed City Policy For Ad~.inisterin~ Of On-Site Sanitary Septic <br /> Systems (Cha~ter 150.01 Of City Code): <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter stated that she has talked to Bob Ryan at the Metro <br />Council regarding eliminating requiring semi-annual City inspections of on- <br />site systems and he indicated that it was not a problem as far as Metro Council <br />is concerned and that Councilmember Schlueter's resolution regarding on-site <br />septic system administration would receive positive consideration from Metro <br />Council. <br /> <br />Council reviewed Councilmember Schlueter's proposed resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember'Schlueter to <br />adopt Resolution #84-80 regarding City Policy For Administering Of On-Site <br />Septic Systems with the following corrections: <br /> <br />Delete the fourth paragraph -- 'Whereas, a majority of the City Council <br />by consensus has rejected the alternatives proposed in the Staff's <br />March 21, 1984 memo' <br /> <br />Revise the sixth paragraph to read - 'Whereas, it is vital to the health <br />and welfare of the residents of the City of Ramsey that the intent of <br />Ordinance #84-2 be implemented and that its sections relating to on- <br />site septic system maintenance be reasonably implemented by the City.' <br /> <br />Further DisOussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that the pumper should also <br />be required to provide the city with a monthly report of sytems pumped within <br />the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner.
