Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Van Wagner <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For A Conditional Use Permit And 3.2 Beer License; Case Of <br /> <br />The Ramsey Lions Club: <br /> <br />Certain members of the Lions Club were present and stated that they had no <br />problem with the conditions of the conditional use permit agreement. <br /> <br />Mr. Dave Bauden of the Lions Club stated that he doesn't foresee any traffic <br />problems in conjunction with the sand racing event scheduled for June 9 and 10, <br />1984, but if they occur they will be dealt with. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg that the $50.00 <br />application fee for a conditional use permit collected from the Lions Club be <br />refunded to the Lions Club based on the fact that the Lions Club is a City <br />civic organization and frequently makes contributions to the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember P~imann to <br />approve of Ramsey Lions Club's request for a temporary conditional use permit <br />for sand races and a 3.2 beer license on either June 9 and 10, 1984 or June <br />16 and 17, 1984 contingent upon their entering into a temporary conditional <br />use permit agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Miscellaneous (A.
