Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #4.D: Engineering; Receiving Feasibility Re~ort On Magnesium Street NW <br /> And Ordering A Public Hearing: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated for Mr. Hoffman's information, who was present in the <br />audience, that Council will be ordering a feasibility study and setting a <br />public hearing for April 17, 1984 regarding Magnesium Street. With regards <br />to extending Magnesium Street, the process set down in the subdivision ordinance <br />would have to be followed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter noted that tonight's agenda contains a sample motion <br />to accept the feasiblity study on Magnesium Street. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that City Engineer Raatikka will distribute copies of <br />that feasibility study when he arrives later. <br /> <br />Case #4.B: .Engineering; Receiving Report And Calling For Public Hearing On <br /> proposed Sealcoating Pro3ects: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />adopt Resolution #84-46 receiving report and calling for public hearing on <br />Sealcoating Project #84-3, White Pines Estates. The public hearing is scheduled <br />for 7:00 p.m., April 17, 1984. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br />#84-46) . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />adopt Resolution #84-47 receiving report and calling for public hearing on <br />Sealcoating Project #84-4, Old County Road No.5.
