Butch Brandenburg explained that this would not be deter-
mined until we know the number of participants and number of fields. The
question was then asked if the City of Anoka would have enough fields if
the neighboring communities did not use them. Butch Brandenburg stated
that the City of Anoka would have enough fields for all existing programs
and proposed expansion programs.

The discussion then centered strictly around non-resident fees. The City
of Andover is specifically looking for participation numbers of Andover
residents and.what Anoka is going to charge Andover residents to partici-
pate in the program and use City of Anoka fields. Discussion followed.

Butch Brandenburg pointed out that by using all the information which has
been put together from staff reports and the minutes from the Quad Cities
meetings, the City of Andover could establish a report for their Park
Board and City Council verifying the number of participants from Andover

City of Anoka
