Members Present: Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairman Mr. Stan Data Mr. Tom G~eenberg Mr. Tom Gamec Mr. Dick Sigher Mr. ~Dger Buchanan Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper Mr. John Lichter (arrived at 8:42 p.m.) Members Absent: Mr. Curt Titterud CALL TO ORDER Chairman Heitman called the regular meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. CITIZEN INPUT None. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as su~itted. APPROVAL OF CHARTER COMMISSION MINUTES 1. Motion by Chairman Heitman and seconded by Commission Sieber to approve regular Charter Commission meeting minutes dated February 23, 1984 with the following corrections: a) Page 3, Second Paragraph, Fifth Line - Delete the word 'not'. b) Page 7, Eighth Paragraph, First Line - Change the word 'it' to 'if' Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, Bauerkemper, Data, Gamec and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: Oommissioner Buchanan. Absent: Commissioners Lichter and Titterud. 2. Motion by Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to approve special Charter Commission meeting minutes dated February 28, 1984. Motion failed. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Bauerkemper, Sieber and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: Commissioners Gamec, Buchanan and Data. Absent: Commissioners Lichter 'and Titterud.
