City Attorney to prepare an ordinance dealing with sexual harrassment in <br />regards to City personnel. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #5: Renewal Of Animal Control Contract: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />advertise for bids for animal control in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting back to order at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #6: Quad Cities Cable Communication Commission: <br /> <br />Council consensus is that they are very disappointed with the service the <br />City has received from Group W; that all 4 cities were to be treated equally <br />according to the agreement and the other 3 cities should support Ramsey's <br />fine to Group.W. <br /> <br />Council authorized City Staff to set up a meeting between Council, Mr. Terrence <br />O'Connell and Mr. Thomas Creighton. <br /> <br />Case ~7: Miscellaneous (A. Grade Crossing Review Regarding Puma Street NW; <br /> B. Legislation Regarding Tax Increment Bonds; C. Federal <br /> Revenue Sharing Reenactment;. D.
