CITY 01~ RAHSEY <br /> <br /> flOrA COUFFY, liINNKSOTA <br />IIOTICK OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will be <br />conducting a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, R~msey, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. on April 24, <br />1984. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider a petition from a lot <br />owner requesting the vacation of the following legally, described drainage and <br />utility easement, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That part of Lot 12, Block 4, OAKRIDGE ESTATES, according to the recorded <br /> plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 12, distant <br /> 135.00 feet southeasterly of the most northerly corner thereof, for the <br /> purposes of this description said northeasterly line is assumed to bear <br /> South 46 degrees 49 minutes 14 seconds East; thence South 16 degrees 59 <br /> minutes 38 seconds East, along the easterly line of the existing <br /> drainage and utility easement on said Lot 4, a distance of 228.10 feet; <br /> thence North 60 degrees West a distance of 200.00 feet; thence North 21 <br /> degrees East a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 70 degrees 41 <br /> minutes 07 seconds East a distance of 74.92 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> All persons interested in this proposed ~ vacation are invited to <br />attend and be heard at the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Dated this llth day of April, 1984. <br /> <br />/s/LLOYD C.
