I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE C1TY OF RAMSEY This Agreement between Mr. Gary Gorham, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", entered into this ~ day of , 1984. Intent and Pm-po~e To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this Agreement and plans and specifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building of 624 square feet. Location of The property is located at the east end of Collins Drive NW in Itasca Heights and is legally described as Lot 4, Block Z, Itasca Heights. zo~_~ The zoning of the above described property is R-l, Residential. Conditions of Agreement 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his construction. Z) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the principle structure. 3) That the Applicant shall use this structure for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial acLivity of any type shall be per'mitted in said structure. 4) That the structure shall be so located as to provide for the future placement of a principle structure. 5) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of this Agreement and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
