Flintwood Hills 1st Addi'tion: Drainage problem on this plat is to be resolved with the 2nd Addition. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval is pending on the outcome of the EAW revi'ew process. The review process on the EAW ended on April ll, 1984. A list of comments and my letter addressing those comments is included in the agenda. The developer has posted an escrow of $8,000 to cover a grading plan and plans and sepcifications for the well. The developer plans to complete the grading. However, a bid date will have to be set for receiving bids for construction of Municipal Well No. 1. Barthel's Rum River Acres'2nd'Addition: A two-year extension on Phase I1 of thi's plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. De Pondvale Estates: Mr. Mary Kytonen, the new developer on this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. E. Meadowbrook Estates: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, 'extended the fili~§' date on this plat until October 1, 1984. F. HY-IO Ramses: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October l, 1984. G. RamseS Commons: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. Beaudry's 2nd Addition: Project on hold until weather is favorable for construction. Ford Brook Estates: Project on hold until weather is favorable for construction.
