Frankly, I don't know how this resolution got adopted. <br />It appears that we changed procedures as to how we would finance the <br /> public improvement projects, as we adopted Resolution ~83-130 <br />dated July Z6, 1983 authorizing the City Attorney to negotiate a direct <br />sale of general obligation bonds for 1983. It appears that we neglected <br />to rescind the above resolution in the minutes when we adopted Resolution <br />#83-130. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to adopt a motion rescinding <br />Resolution #83-119 dated June Z8, 1983.
