! <br />'1 <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet <br />in the Ramsey Municipal Center Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M. on April 17, <br />1984, to consider sealcoating improvement on the following streets pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />a) 169th Avenue N.W. between State Highway No. 47 and <br />Neon Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 170th Lane N.W. between Neon Street N.W. and Germanium <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 173rd Avenue N.W. beginning at Germanium Street N,W. <br />and extending east to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />d) Neon Street N.W. between 169th Avenue N.W. and 170th <br />Lane N.W. <br /> <br />e) Helium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of <br />Brookview Estates and 170th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) Germanium Street N.W. beginning at 170th Lane N.W. and <br />extending north to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for such impmovement is the property abut- <br />ting on such streets listed above. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $10,195.00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: April 3, 1984 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
