The <br />purpose of the public hearing is to consider Mr. Ronald Danner's request to place <br />an addition to his cabinet shop closer to the rear property line than permitted <br />by code and expand his non-conforming use. <br /> <br /> The property is generally known as 16735 Quicksilver Street NW and is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The North 100.00 feet of the West 187.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, <br />KLEMISH ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota and the South 100 <br />feet of the North 200 feet of the West 187 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, <br />KLEMISH ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All persons are invited to attend the public hearing and comment on the <br />variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are also welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Board of Adjustment at 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
