I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet <br />in the Ramsey Municipal Center Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M. on April 17, <br />1984 to consider sealcoating impmovement on the following streets pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />a) Helium Street N.W. beginning at the north plat boundary <br />of White Pines Estates and extending south to the cul-de- <br />sac. <br /> <br />b) Germanium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary <br />of White Pines Estates and 165th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) Dysprosium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary <br />of White Pines Estates and 165th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />d) 165th Lane N.W. beginning at Germanium Street N.W. and <br />extending east to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />e) Fluorine Street N.W. beginning at 165th Lane N.W. and <br />extending north to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property <br />abutting on such streets listed above. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $5,755,00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />April 3, 1984 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
