I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet <br />in the Ramsey Municipal Center Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M. on April 17, <br />~984 to consider sealcoating improvement on the following streets pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />a) Yakima Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of <br />Reilley Estates Third Addition and Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. <br /> <br />b) Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. beginning at the south plat <br />boundary of Reilley Estates Second Addition and continuing <br />northwest to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />c) 157th Lane N.W. beginning at Yakima Street N.W. and con- <br />tinuing east to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abut- <br />ting on such streets listed above. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $5,500.00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: April 3, 1984 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
