The Council then preceded <br />to the interview questions. <br />Mr. Anderson responded and answered all questions. <br />Mayor Strommen asked Mr. Anderson if he had any questions for the Council or staff members <br />present. <br />Mr. Anderson stated he was wondering for informational purposes where they see the City going <br />next. <br />Councilmember LeTourneau stated he appreciates Mr. Anderson's question. He stated that in the <br />past, it seemed the City was taking on projects to start but they weren't quite ready to start them <br />at that point. He explained that now the City is ready to start working on some of these projects. <br />He noted the market drives what the City will start working on first, and right now the housing <br />market is what they are ready to work on. <br />The Councilmembers and staff thanked Mr. Anderson for applying and for his time. <br />Human Resources Manager Lasher stated she will be in touch with him later in the week. <br />Russ Bayer was the second interviewee. Human Resources Manager Lasher invited him in and <br />reviewed the interview process with him. She stated there would be five questions asked by the <br />Councilmembers. Both candidates chosen for the vacancies would be contacted later in the week <br />and asked to complete all paperwork needed immediately.
