The Council has over-all responsibility in the <br />area for planning of the management of the region's solid waste <br /> cannot issue a Certificate of Need for a project of this <br /> no 'feasible and prudent alternatives to the project. <br /> contact Ms. Lynne Bly of the Council at 612/291-6412 for <br /> concernin§ the Council's Certificate of Need process° <br /> <br />the size of the requested expansion, it would be <br /> to prepare an Environmental Assessment Worksheet and <br /> Impact Statement for any proposed landfill expansion. <br /> <br /> the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Must <br />review any proposed expansion request prior to issuing a license and permit, <br /> <br /> received an application for expansion of the Anoka <br /> Sanitary Landfill.
