I I I I I I PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT CITY OF RA~SEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A Board of Adjustment was held Tuesday, July 24, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding variance request to construct a garage larger than permitted in front of the front setback of the principal structure; case of Mr. Daniel Kuechle, 15345 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. Members Present: Councilmember Jean Schlueter, Chairperson Mayor Tom Gamec Councilmember Sue Van Wagner Councilmember Gary Reimann Councilmember A1 Sorteberg Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle City Engineer Peter Raatikka Reporter Carolyn Thompson CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Schlueter called the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:37 p.m. BUSINESS Case #1: Request For A Board Of Adjustm'ent Variance To Place A Garage L'arger Than permitt'ed By ~City 'COde 'In Front Of The Front. 'Setback~ O'f The Prin~c'ip~l· St~uc'tuz'e~' Case' Of Mr. Daniel 'G. KUechle: Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt Findings of Fact for Mr. Daniel G. Kuechle to place an accessory building larger than permitted by City Code in front of the front setback of the principal structure. (Please refer to findings of fact file or case file for Findings of Fact .) Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve Mr. Donald G. Kuechle's request to place an accessory building larger than permitted by City Code in front of the front setback of the principal structure based on the findings of fact. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. B of A/July 24, 1984
