CASE <br /> <br /> c) City Engineer's letter dated August 21, 1984 to the MWCC regarding Ramsey's <br />Second Connection - Enclosure (D3-g) contains said letter which is to let the MWCC <br />know that we are moving ahead and accordingly, they will commence work on the <br />Ramsey Second Connection. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is required unless Council deems otherwise. Council <br />should note that they have received and reviewed the above enclosure. <br /> <br /> d) Letter of resignation from Mr. Marc Hadley, Community School Coordinator <br />- Enclosure (D3-h) contains said letter of resignation. We (City Administrator, <br />Councilman Reimann and Mayor Gamec) will be meeting with the community school <br />officials on Monday, August 27, 1984 so we will be able to inform you at the Council <br />meeting who will be filling Mr. Hadley's position. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is required unless you deem otherwise. You should note <br />that you received said letter. <br /> <br /> e) Park grant - Enclosure (D3-i) contains the letter from Metro Council dated <br />August Z0, 1984 announcing the park grants that should be funded and the ones <br />that should not be funded. It should be noted that the Ramsey Park and Recreation <br />Commission will be receiving a copy of the above enclosure at their regular meeting <br />of August Z3, 1984. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is required unless you deem otherwise. Council should <br />note that they have received and reviewed the contents of the above enclosure. <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT ON THE LANDFILL: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE ~7: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-j) contains the Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact <br />on the landfill which are submitted for Council to review, as you will be acting <br />on Waste Management, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit at your meeting <br />of September 11, 1984. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action is required at this meeting unless <br />otherwise. However, Council should note that they did receive <br />the above enclosure at this meeting. <br /> <br />Council deems <br />the contents of <br /> <br />LICENSES FOR APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-k) contains a list of licenses for approval. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the licenses listed <br />in the enclosure.
