appropriate fee paid, City designated low lots will be provided <br />with lift pump units at no cost to the owners. <br /> <br /> 210.0211 Stop Box City Property. The stop cock <br />at main and property or curb line, tosether with box and cover, <br />are City property and unauthorized persons are forbidden to <br />interfere with them. <br /> <br /> 210.0212 Water Service, Freezing Weather. Water <br />service to a building will not be turned on in freezing weather <br />unless the temperature in the building is 50° or above. <br /> <br />210.0213 Connection Prohibited. No more than one <br />house, or building or one unit of a townhouse shallbe supplied <br />from one service pipe, unless by special permission of the City. <br />No water pipe of the City water supply system shall be c6nnected <br />to private pump or tank that is connected with a source of <br /> any <br />water other than the City water system. A resident may use his <br /> <br />own well system in conjunction with City water for specified <br />purposes only. No building located outside of the City may be <br />connected to the City sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br /> 210.0214 Naintenance. The cost of installing the <br />sanitary sewer service line from main service stub to the <br /> <br />building shall be borne by the property owner. The owner shall <br />also be responsible for maintenance and repairs of his sanitary <br />sewer service line. Substances or matter which will clog or <br />block the sanitary sewer or drain shall not be permitted to be <br />deposited into the system. The owner shall provide a means to <br />clean out the system if it becomes obstructed and upon failure <br />to do so the City may do so at the owner's expense. The service <br />pipe to the watermain and its connection is the property of the <br /> ' <br />premises owner and shall be maintained and protected by him. <br />If the owner fails to m~ke timely repairs, the City may do so at <br />the owner's expense. <br /> <br /> 210.0215 Breaks, Interrupted Service. The City <br />shall not be liable for the breaking of any watermain or service <br />pipe or for supply interruption which results from breaking <br />machinery or stoppage for repair. <br /> <br /> 210.0216 Sewage Disposal. It is unlawful for any <br />one to deposit in an unsanitary manner, any place in the City, <br />any human or animal excrement, garbage or other objectionable <br />waste. <br /> <br /> It is unlawful for any person to discharge into any natural <br />outlet within the City any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes or <br />other polluted waters. <br /> <br /> It is unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, vault <br />sewer tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the <br /> <br /> <br />
