Litter and odors will also be controlled by the <br />practice of daily covering of refuse disposed of at the landfill. <br />Methane gas generated by the decomposition of solid waste at the <br />landfill will be analyzed through a monitoring program and, if <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />necessary, collected in a landfill gas collection system similar <br />to that in use at the present Anoka/Ramsey Landfill in order to <br />prevent the migration of methane gas off-site.
