On-site fire prevention and fighting equipment <br />is available in the form of earth moving equipment, water truck, <br />water and stockpiles of earth which would be used to smother any <br />fire on the landfill facility. Daily cover and compaction of <br />refuse will reduce or eliminate the possibility of fire at the <br />site. Fire fighting equipment is available in all machines and <br />buildings on the site. Site personnel are routinely provided <br />instruction in fire fighting procedures. (Plan, Sections III. B <br />and J.) <br /> <br />Electrical disturbance: no activity shall cause <br />electrical disturbance adversely affecting radio <br />or other equipment in the vicinity.
