On-site fire prevention and fighting equipment <br />is available in the form of earth moving equipment, water truck, <br />water and stockpiles of earth which would be used to smother any <br />fire on the landfill facility. Daily cover and compaction of <br />refuse will reduce or eliminate the possibility of fire at the <br />site. Fire fighting equipment is available in all machines and <br />buildings on the site. Site personnel are routinely provided <br />instruction in fire fighting procedures. (Plan, Sections III.
