Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval was granted at the May 24, 1984 council meeting. The developer has posted an escrow of $8,000 to cover a grading plan and plans and specifications for the well. The bids for the well were received on July 10, 1984. Ss Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year extension on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Pondvale Estates: Mr. Mary Kytonen, the new developer on this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. Ds Meadowbrook Estates: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. Ee HY-10 Ramsey: The City Council at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. Fe Ramsey Commons: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until October 1, 1984. River's Bend: The final plat was approved at the August 14, 1984 council meeting. Plans and specs were also ordered at that meeting. Beaudry's 2nd Addition: This project has been completed and I will be presenting the final pay estimate at your August 28, 1984 council meeting. Ford Brook Estates: There is no change in status on this project since my last report.
