l <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO 84-06 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.06 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE FLOOD PLAIN <br />MANAGEMENT CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 170.06 "FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT" OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />Section 1. Amendment <br /> <br />Section 170.062.2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />170.062.2 Establishment of Official Zoning Map <br /> <br />The Official Zoning Map, together with all <br />materials~attached thereto, is hereby adopted by <br />reference and declared to be a part of this <br />Ordinance. The attached material shall include: <br />1) the Flood Insurance Study for the City of <br />Ramsey prepared by the Federal Insurance <br />Administration dated May, 1979, and the Flood <br />Boundary and Floodway maps and Flood Insurance Rate <br />Maps therein dated November 1_, 1979; and 2) the <br />"Revised FB-FW -Panel 20 of 20" and the Revised <br />Floodway Data Table prepared by the Minnesota DNR, <br />both dated Jul~ 23, 1984. The Official Zoning Map <br />shal 1 be o~ ~ile in the Office of the City <br />Clerk/County Auditor. <br /> <br />Section 2.
