Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers <br />Sorteberg and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec <br />and Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Variance Request By Mr. James Brown To Hold A Music <br />Festival: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter arrived at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that City Code Section 130.0116 is a rather <br />comprehensive code laying out various requirements for issuance <br />of permits for music festivals; it was adopted during the last <br />recodification, 1978 and 1979, a period in time when music festivals <br />were rather involved.
