Norris as their recommended candidate to fill the position of Urban Economic Development Planner. Further submit to Council the proposed resolution for their adoption in the hiring of Anne L. Norris. NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City of Ramsey hire Anne L. Norris for the position of Urban Economic Development Planner with the following requirements: a) Effective date of employment - This is hereby established as b) Probationary Period - The probationary period will be in accordance with the City Code which ~ill be for a pe~iod of six (6) months expiring · Prior to the expiration of Anne L. Norris probationary status, the City Ad- ministrator will make a report to the Council Per- sonnel Committee on her work performance. The Council Personnel Committee will make their recom- mendation to the Council who will either approve by motion her satisfactorily completing the pro- bationary period/extend it/terminate employment. o) Salary Schedule - The following salary schedule is hereby established for Anne L.
