Counc i 1 member moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #84- I I I RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the fol lowing resolut ions approving the following street improvement projects in the City of Ramsey: 1) Resolution #83-110a - #83-15 Beaudry's Second 2) Resolution #84-61 - #84-11 Magnesium Street I I I I I I I I I I I I Resolution #84-?2 - #84-2 Rolling Green WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolutions awarding the bids for the above stated street improvement projects: 1) Resolution #83-124 - #83-15 Beaudry's Second 2) Resolution #84-105 - #84-11 Magnesium Street #84-2 Rolling Green Anderson, August 23, WHEREAS, City Engineer, Inc. recommended final 1984 for Hardrives, Inc. Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson payment in his letter dated in the amount of $15,834.25. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes final payment to Hardrives, Inc. as per the City Engineer's letter dated August 23, 1984 in the following amounts: Imp. Project #83-15 Beautify' s $ 5,000.00 Second Imp. Projects #84-2 Rolling Green and #84-11 Magnesium Street $10,834.25 Total Payment $15,834.25 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release for~ for this final p~yment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #84- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on August 28, 1984 approving payment of the bills for the month of August.
