Hutchison, <br /> <br /> I am writing in response to your letter of April 25, 1984 and <br />our meeting on May 4, 1984 in which we discussed changes to our <br />closure post closure plan. ! have enclosed a revised plan which <br />addresses many of the changes which we discussed at the meeting. <br />The following items, as discussed in your April 25, 1984 letter <br /> (except for It-m~ 11, 12, and 13), have been revised in the plan. <br /> <br />1) Sufficient topsoil exists on site for closure and <br /> post closure needs (Item 4). <br /> <br />2) DOT Seed Mix No. 5 will be used or the Department <br /> will be notified of any changes {Item 5). <br /> <br />3) Department approval prior to registering will be <br /> obtained (Item 6). <br /> <br />4) County approval has been changed (Item 6). <br /> <br />5) Miller residence address has been included (Item 3). <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Groundwater monitoring plan has been changed in <br />accordance with County policy and changes in plan <br />(Item 3). <br /> <br />7) Biweekly monitoring on gas probes (Item 4). <br /> <br />8) Department approval prior to final use (Item 6). <br /> <br />9) We agreed that 10 acres is sufficient. <br /> <br />10) Closure Post closure costs (Page 10). <br /> <br />Inflation is already covered with the closure bond <br />in effect for the closure period (see attached). <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />As of July 1, 1984, remaining site capacity will be <br />1,350,000 cubic yards of air space less cover material <br />equals 1,080,000 or 2,160,000 gate yards. <br />The cost of $787,500.00 as on attached schedule <br />equates to 36.5 cents per ~ubic yard. <br /> <br /> <br />
