I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember <br />following Resolution: <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84- <br /> <br />tO adopt the <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is considering the development of <br />River's bend; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed development consists of 151 single family <br />units; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under the rules of the Minnesota Environmental Quality <br />Board Environmental Review Program a residential development with 100 <br />or more unattached units in a 3rd or 4th class city is required to go <br />through a mandatory EAW process; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 30-day review and comment period for the EAW ended <br />on July 4, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, according to 6 MCAR3.028 B.l.a., a decision on the need <br />for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is to be made by the City <br />at its first meeting ten or more days after the comment period expira- <br />tion date and in no case more than 30 calendar days afterwards; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Findings of Fact were presented to the City <br />Councilmembers for their review on July 20, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed Findings was made available to <br />members of the public on July 20, 1984 and thereafter a copy has been <br />on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
