RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement to prepare an airport <br />master plan which states the consultant will be paid a partial payment as the steps <br />of this master plan study are completed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has submitted a statement <br />dated July 6, 1984 for partial payment on the airport master plan study for work <br />completed to the Ramsey Airport Commission and the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Airport Commission reviewed the above statement <br />at their meeting of July 18, 1984 and gave consensus approval for the City Council <br />to grant partial payment in the amount of $11,115.06 to Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City of Ramsey is hereby authorized to make partial payment in the <br />amount of $11,115.06 to Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for work completed <br />on the airport master plan study as stated in their statement dated July 6, 1984. <br /> <br /> Z) It is directed that the Accounting Department make application for an <br />80% refund from the Minnesota Department of Aeronautics Division as per agreement <br />between the City of Ramsey and State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 3) It is further directed that the Airport Commission be furnished a copy of <br />this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
