Please refer to enclosure (D3-d) for their letter· <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above request· <br /> ~opos otion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> Motion by [jre~m' and seconded byC~ ,o approve of granting the <br /> following te~ l~censes: ~ <br /> a) Beer license from 1Z:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on September 9, 1984 at the St. <br /> · Anthony Gun Club, City of Ramsey <br /> <br />b) Bingo license from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on September 9, 1984 at the <br /> St. Anthony Gun Club, City of Ramsey <br /> <br />The above licenses are to be issued to the Anoka Fire Department, Inc., Anoka, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />· Voting no <br /> <br />CASE 45: ESTABLISHING A UTILITY ORDINANCE (WATER AND SANITARY SEWER): <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-e) contains a copy of the proposed utility ordinance which has been <br />posted on the City Hall bulletin board for public review. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to review said ordinance at this meeting. <br />You may dispense with the reading of it by unanimous consent of the Council. <br />Council will not adopt said ordinance though, until their next meeting. Accordingly, <br />the following proposed motion is hereby submitted if you desire to dispense with <br />the reading of said ordinance: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by <br />of the proposed City Utility Ordinance <br />file at the City office. <br /> <br />#84-7. <br /> <br /> to dispense with the reading <br />The proposed ordinance is on <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />· Voting no <br /> <br />INFORMATION REGARDING INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-f) contains a letter from Mr. Ralph McGinley of Dougherty, Dawkins, <br />Strand and Yost Investment Bankers regarding industrial revenue bonds. <br /> <br />A copy of this will be given to the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-g) contains a list of bills for the month of July and a proposed <br />resolution for your consideration. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the bills contained <br />in the above enclosure.
