I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I i CASE ~12: ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON WATERSHED SUBDISTRICTS: This case was before you at the June 26, 1984 Council meeting at which time you received the City Engineer's feasibility study for drainage problems in the area of Flintwood Hills Addition. At that time you by motion accepted the above report. However, it should be done by Council resolution. Accordingly, you are going to have to correct your motion on June 26, 1984. Enclosure (DZ-p) contains the proposed resolution Council should adopt. Council Action: Your action will be as follows: Motion by ~ and seconded by ~ to rescind Council motion pertain~g to Case ~3, feasibilit~tudy for drainage problem in the area of Flintwood Hills Addition, which reads as follows: "Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann accepting the feasibility study for the drainage subdistricts.
