CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR STORM <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES IN DRAINAGE DISTRICT FORTY-THREE <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey completed a Comprehensive Storm <br />Drainage Plan in February 1980; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the plan as per Ordinance <br /> <br />No. ; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study on <br /> <br />Drainage District Forty-Three; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on utilizing more wetlands for ponding the <br />improvement costs for District Forty-Three where found to be less than <br />initially estimated in the Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ramsey City Council: <br /> <br /> 1. The trunk storm drainage improvement charges for District <br /> Forty-Three shall be: <br /> <br /> a. Single and two family lots, $0.018 per square foot of <br /> gross development area. <br /> <br /> b. Multiple family, mobile home, commercial, industrial, <br /> and institutional development, $0.029 per square foot <br /> of gross development area. <br /> <br /> 2. The rates in this resolution were based on the May 31, 1984 <br /> Engineering News Record construction cost index of 4160. <br /> The rates will automatically increase with inflation as the <br /> construction cost index rises. <br /> <br /> APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota this 26th day of June, 1984. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> <br />
