I I I I I ,I I I I I I I i I I I i I NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAR/NG CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramse¥'s Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramse¥ Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NV/, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Mr. Dick Hagen's request to rezone his property from R-l, Residential, to B-l, Business. The property is generally known as 8110 V/est Highway #10 and is legally described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SEW of NV/¼) of Section zg, Township 3Z, Range ZS, thirty feet South of the intersection of said line with the Southerly boundary of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence Northwesterly and parallel with said highway and thirty feet Southwesterly thereof a distance of ZOO feet; thence Southerly and parallel with the East line of 'the said SEW of NW¼ a distance of 400 feet; thence Southeasterly and parallel with U.S. Highway No. 10 a distance of ZOO feet to the East line of said SEN of NW%; thence North along the East line of the SEX of NW% a distance of 400 feet to point of beginning. Together with an easement for ingress and egress to U.S. Highway No. 10 over and across the thirty foot strip of land between said highway and the property above described. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the variance request.
