I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAR/NG <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramse¥'s Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at <br />the Ramse¥ Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NV/, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Mr. Dick Hagen's request <br />to rezone his property from R-l, Residential, to B-l, Business. <br /> <br /> The property is generally known as 8110 V/est Highway #10 and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter (SEW of NV/¼) of Section zg, Township <br />3Z, Range ZS, thirty feet South of the intersection of said line <br />with the Southerly boundary of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway <br />No. 10; thence Northwesterly and parallel with said highway and <br />thirty feet Southwesterly thereof a distance of ZOO feet; thence <br />Southerly and parallel with the East line of 'the said SEW of NW¼ <br />a distance of 400 feet; thence Southeasterly and parallel with <br />U.S. Highway No. 10 a distance of ZOO feet to the East line of <br />said SEN of NW%; thence North along the East line of the SEX <br />of NW% a distance of 400 feet to point of beginning. Together <br />with an easement for ingress and egress to U.S. Highway No. 10 <br />over and across the thirty foot strip of land between said highway <br />and the property above described. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the variance request. <br /> <br /> V/ritten comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
